Your in-house general design consultation is a great starting point for us to learn about your wants and desires for your home. Your 2-hour appointment allows us to go over things such as floor plan layout, colour palette scheme, furniture selection, fabrics, floor selections, lighting and accessorizing. This is a great option for those that like to do a lot on their own, but want to ensure they are making the best decisions to accomplish a cohesive space. This could also be used as our first appointment to work more closely together during your full design project.
E-Design Service
Starting at $400+HST
Pricing depends on requirements, size and budget
This is a great option for clients that like to do things themselves but require some help with their decision making, whether we are close or far away. We help design your space through phone, email and video.
Designer For A Day
$750+HST
Whether you are looking to refresh your home or need help selecting new finishes, designer for a day may be a good option for you. This 6 hour consultation time can be used in many ways such as rearranging your current furniture, supplier visits, paint selection, shopping for accessories and arrangement.
Designer By Your Side
$2500+HST
20 hours of block services
Designer by your side assists you in achieving a cohesive look and well thought out design for your home with recommendations for:
Floor plans and layout ideas
Guidance with kitchen and bathroom designs
Sourcing samples for presentation in showroom or your home
Paint colours
Contact in person, phone and emails along the way

Please note that the General Design Consultation fee and consultation are separate and are required before starting any work.
Our Process
1. Initial Consultation:
The first consultation is 2 hours that takes place in your home. This is an in-depth meeting to learn about your project, lifestyle, goals and dreams. We will discuss scope of work, your design vision of what you love and don’t love with your space, wish lists and budget and timeline. This is also a perfect time to show any inspiration photos you may have.
2. Contract Phase:
Once we have a better understanding of work and budget, we will prepare our design contract for your project and review with you. We will begin the planning stage of your project once the contract is signed and a retainer is provided.
3. Concept Development & Planning Phase:
Here we begin to pull all the information together and begin your project by meeting with trades or contractors, prepare rendering drawings, floor/lighting plans. We source your finishes, fixtures and furniture for your design presentation that provides a clear view of your project.
4. Design Presentation Phase:
This is the fun part of the design process. Here we present to the client our design concept in the form of 2D & 3D drawings to show scale and furniture layout, mood and vision boards and any other images, along with fixtures, finishes and fabric selections etc. Any necessary changes are discussed, timeline establish, cost estimates are also presented for final approval. A printed customized project package is yours to keep.
5. Implementing Phase:
Once the client gives their final design approval, we start implementing your design vision. We manage ordering and coordinating the delivery of materials, work closely with trades and contractors to ensure a smooth flow of your design plan. This is when the design details start coming to life.
6. Staging & Styling Phase:
Now this is the really fun part! This is when we bring in the final furnishings, artwork, décor, fixtures and any finishing touches to finalize your design vision. The finishing touches really bring the design together, turning your house into your Nest.
